No account is needed to search listings or contact sellers directly. However, creating a free account gives you access to your personal Seller Dashboard where you can post ads, manage inventory, receive on-platform messages, and save favorite items to your watchlist.

Every product listing on VayroHub features a prominent “Chat on WhatsApp” button and direct phone call button. When you tap “Chat on WhatsApp”, your phone automatically opens a direct WhatsApp chat with the seller containing the exact product name, price, and listing link ready to send.

Yes! Many sellers on VayroHub are open to reasonable offers. You can discuss the price, payment terms, and pickup arrangements directly with the seller in your WhatsApp chat or phone conversation before meeting.

Always arrange to meet in daylight at busy public locations with security and high foot traffic—such as Accra Mall, Kumasi City Mall, West Hills Mall, Achimota Mall, Marina Mall, university campus centers, or well-lit Shell/Total fuel stations. Never agree to meet in isolated areas or private homes for first-time trades.

Posting an ad takes less than 2 minutes:

1. Click “Post Free Ad” in the top header.
2. Log in or register your free seller account with your name, email, and phone number.
3. Select your category (e.g. Mobile Phones, Electronics, Vehicles, Fashion).
4. Upload clear, high-quality photos of your item.
5. Set your price in Ghana Cedis (GH₵), select your Region/City, and publish!

You can upload up to 10 high-resolution photos per listing. We strongly recommend uploading original, real photos of the actual item from multiple angles (front, back, sides, and accessories) to build buyer confidence and sell faster.

Log in and navigate to your My Listings Dashboard. Locate the ad and click “Edit” to adjust the price/description or “Delete” to remove the listing once sold.

NO! NEVER send advance Mobile Money transfers, commitment fees, or delivery deposits to anyone before physically seeing, inspecting, and confirming the product in your hands. Legitimate sellers will always agree to meet in person in a safe public spot.

When buying phones or laptops:

• Turn on the device, test Wi-Fi, cameras, speakers, microphone, and touchscreen response.
• Verify the IMEI number (dial *#06# on phones) and ensure it matches the box/receipt.
• Ensure all iCloud, Google FRP, and BIOS passwords are completely removed before handing over money.
• Test charging port with a real charger and power bank.

Click the “Report Listing” link located on any ad page or send an email directly to support@vayrohub.store with the seller’s phone number and listing link. Our moderation team reviews reports within 2 hours and permanently blacklists bad actors.

Visit our Gas Cylinder Refill Portal, select your cylinder size (6kg, 14.5kg, etc.), and contact vetted refill and delivery agents across Accra, Tema, and Kumasi who pick up, refill at certified LPG stations, and deliver directly back to your home or hostel.

Hostel managers and landlords can post available rooms by choosing the Rooms & Hostels category. Include photos of the room, bathroom, water/electricity availability, proximity to campus (e.g. KTU, KNUST, UG Legon, UPSA), and annual/semester pricing.
