User & Seller Agreement

1. Commitment to Fair Trading

VayroHub is built on trust, transparency, and respect within the Ghanaian community. All buyers and sellers agree to treat fellow community members with professionalism and honesty.

2. Seller Obligations & Quality Standards

• Real Photos: Sellers must use genuine photos of the actual item for sale. Generic stock images from Google are discouraged.
• Accurate Condition: Clearly state whether the item is Brand New, Like New, Refurbished, or Used.
• Transparent Pricing: The price listed must reflect the actual expected payment in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Hidden price inflation upon contact is strictly prohibited.
• Prompt Communication: Respond respectfully to buyer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

3. Buyer Rights & Responsibilities

• Inspect items thoroughly before releasing payment or sending Mobile Money.
• Honor confirmed purchase appointments made with sellers.
• Report fraudulent sellers or suspicious ads to VayroHub moderation immediately.

4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Accounts involved in identity theft, advance-fee scams, counterfeit merchandise, or harassment will be permanently banned and reported to the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) and Ghana Police Service.
