1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VayroHub Marketplace (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Marketplace

VayroHub is an online classifieds venue connecting local buyers and sellers across Ghana. VayroHub is not an auctioneer, retailer, or manufacturer, and is not a direct party to any commercial transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration & Seller Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental consent to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that listed products exist, are legally owned, accurately described, and priced in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).

4. Prohibited Content & Listings

Users are strictly prohibited from posting:

• Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated merchandise.
• Illegal drugs, prescription pharmaceuticals, and unregulated health chemicals.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and dangerous weapons.
• Human body parts, organs, or endangered wildlife.
• Fraudulent financial schemes, pyramid schemes, or unverified investment solicitations.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content.

5. Fees & Premium Promotions

Basic posting of ads on VayroHub is 100% free. We may offer optional premium packages (e.g. Featured Ads, Bump-Ups) to boost listing visibility. All paid fees are clearly stated prior to purchase and are non-refundable once the promotion is delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

VayroHub is not liable for any financial losses, personal injury, damages, or disputes resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers. Users are urged to follow our Safety Guidelines, meet in public places, and verify goods before payment.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of VayroHub shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ghana.
